• Lead all field operations for ground‑up commercial construction projects, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality stay on track.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors, and owners to maintain communication and momentum from mobilization through closeout.
• Oversee daily site activities, conduct safety meetings, manage inspections, and proactively resolve issues before they impact the schedule.
• Serve as the face of the company in the field, ensuring every project reflects the company’s reputation for integrity and craftsmanship.

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground‑up commercial projects.
• Strong background in scheduling, site logistics, and subcontractor management.
• Proven ability to lead with accountability and communicate clearly across all levels.
• OSHA 30 certification and a strong safety track record.
• Ability to travel locally or regionally depending on project locations.
