Construction Superintendent

Responsibilities

-Oversee all onsite construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

-Manage daily operations, including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and material deliveries.

-Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues or delays.

-Communicate project progress to stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.

-Maintain accurate records and documentation related to project activities.

Qualifications

-Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Commercial and industrial project experience preferred.

-In-depth understanding of construction processes, blueprints, and safety regulations.

-Excellent leadership and organizational skills.

-Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

-Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

-OSHA certification and a valid driver's license are preferred.
