About the Role

A leading commercial general contractor is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead large-scale, complex commercial projects in the Raleigh market. This position is best suited for a seasoned field leader with a proven track record managing major projects, mentoring teams, and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations on mid- to large-scale commercial construction projects
• Develop and manage project schedules and site logistics plans
• Oversee multiple superintendents or large field teams, as applicable
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
• Serve as the primary on-site leader and point of contact
• Collaborate with project executives and owners to drive successful outcomes
• Proactively identify and mitigate risk throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead punch, turnover, and closeout processes

Qualifications

• 8-15+ years of experience as a commercial superintendent
• Proven experience leading large or complex commercial projects
• Strong background in ground-up construction and/or major renovations
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractor scopes and aggressive schedules
• Exceptional leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
• OSHA 30 required
