Compensation: $130,000-$165,000 base salary + bonus + full benefits

A growing commercial General Contractor in Raleigh is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee ground‑up commercial and interior renovation projects across the metro area. Project types include office, retail, mixed‑use, and corporate interior build‑outs. This is a hands‑on field leadership role responsible for daily site operations, subcontractor coordination, safety, and delivering projects on schedule and to a high standard of quality.

• Lead day-to-day field operations for commercial ground‑up buildings and interior renovation projects, including office and retail fit‑outs
• Coordinate subcontractors across structural, architectural, and MEP trades to maintain sequencing, productivity, and quality
• Manage site logistics, inspections, RFIs, daily reports, punchlists, and project turnover
• Partner closely with project managers, owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors to resolve field issues and keep projects moving
• Track manpower, material deliveries, and milestones to protect schedule and cost targets
• Enforce OSHA and company safety standards; lead toolbox talks and site‑wide safety initiatives

• 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial ground‑up and/or interior construction projects
• Strong knowledge of commercial building systems, finishes, and MEP coordination
• Experience running projects from mobilization through closeout
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Plan Grid, or similar construction software
• OSHA 30 required; additional safety certifications a plus
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage subcontractors and represent the GC professionally
