Senior Field Superintendent

Achuti LLC, an award-winning design-build and construction firm serving military and federal clients globally, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Construction Field Superintendent to join our team. In this role, you will lead on-site operations for federal and military construction projects, overseeing all field activities to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery while upholding the highest quality standards. You will supervise teams, coordinate with subcontractors and vendors, and serve as the key on-site liaison for clients and project managers.

• Project Oversight:
  Manage on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Team Leadership:
  Supervise field teams, including subcontractors and vendors, fostering collaboration and accountability to achieve project milestones.
• Safety Management:
  Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA standards, promoting a safe work environment.
• Quality Control:
  Monitor all construction phases to ensure work meets specifications, codes, and client expectations.
• Scheduling:
  Oversee daily and weekly scheduling, coordinating tasks to maintain efficiency and meet deadlines.
• Problem-Solving:
  Address and resolve field challenges, minimizing delays and maintaining project momentum.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  Serve as the primary on-site liaison between clients, project managers, and field personnel, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
• Documentation:
  Maintain accurate records of project progress, site activities, and any changes to plans or specifications.
• Resource Management:
  Oversee the use of materials, equipment, and labor to ensure optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Compliance:
  Ensure all work adheres to federal, state, and local building codes, as well as project-specific requirements.

• 10+ years of on-site construction management experience is required, with a focus on federal projects preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead diverse field teams.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, safety protocols, and regulations, including OSHA standards.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience fostering teamwork.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.
• Valid contractor’s license and certifications in safety management are preferred but not mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools is preferred but not mandatory.
