Our client is a general contracting and construction management firm delivering commercial, industrial, educational, and public‑sector construction projects. Its work spans facilities such as manufacturing plants, schools, municipal buildings, offices, and infrastructure projects. Through general contracting, construction management, design‑build, and preconstruction services, the company helps clients turn project plans into buildable, cost‑conscious solutions. • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of commercial preconstruction estimating experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a practical, solutions‑focused mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with construction estimating and project tools such as Heavy Bid, Sage, OST, Procore, or Bluebeam.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents accurately, with exceptional attention to detail.
