The Water Restoration /Mitigation Project Manageroverseestheday -to-dayexecutionofwater,fire,smoke,andmoldmitigationprojectsinthefield.

Reportingtothe Mitigation Operations /Production Manager,thisisaleadroleresponsiblefordirectingcrewsonassignedjobs,ensuringworkisperformedsafely,efficiently,andtoSERVPROqualitystandards,andprovidinghands-onguidanceandfeedbacktotechnicians.

Thispositionprovidesday-to-daydirectiontocrewsonthejobbutdoesnotcarryformalpersonnel-managementresponsibilitiessuchashiring,discipline,orperformancereviews.

• Overseethe day-to-dayexecutionofassignedmitigationprojectsfromstarttofinish.
• Providecleardirection,guidance,andreal-timefeedbacktocrewsandtechniciansonthejobsite.
• Establishefficientjobflow,setupstagingandequipment,andcoordinatetherequirementsforeachjob.
• Performandoverseemitigationactivitiesincludingwaterextraction,structural drying,andfire/mold remediation.
• Setupandmonitordryingequipmentandensureaccuratemoisturereadingsanddailydocumentation.
• EnsurecrewsfollowSERVPROprocessesandcompleteallworkpertheworkorderandscope.
• Monitorproductionprogressagainstthescheduleandcommunicatestatustothe Operations/Production Manage rand Job File Coordinator .
• Identifysafetyhazards,communicate them,andenforceallsafetyproceduresonthejobsite.
• Reviewandensurecomplete,accuratejobfiledocumentation,includingphotosandrequiredreadings.
• Communicateprofessionallywithcustomers,adjusters,andotherstakeholdersandanswerquestionsasneeded.
• Monitorandcontroljobcosts,labortime,andmaterialusageonassignedprojects.
• Ensurepropercare,protection,andmaintenanceofequipment,tools,and vehicles.
• Resolve day-to-dayproductionissuesquicklyandescalateconcernstothe
  
  Operations/Production Managerasneeded.
• Ensurejobsitesareleftcleanandorderlyattheendofeachdayanduponcompletion.
• Supportthetraininganddevelopmentoftechniciansbydemonstratingbestpracticesandsharingknowledge.

• Prior mitigation/restorationfieldexperience,includingexperienceleadingordirectingacrew,preferred.
• Knowledgeofdryingequipment,moisture documentation,andmitigationprocesses.
• Highschooldiploma/GED required.
• IICRCcertificationsand/orpreviousfire/water/moldpropertyrestorationexperiencepreferred.
• Effectivewrittenandoralcommunicationskills.
• Strong organizational,time-management,and problem-solving skills.
• Abilitytoleadanddirectcrewsonthejobsiteandprovideconstructiveday-to-day feedback.
• Docusketchexperiencepreferred.
• Valid driver'slicense,approvedbyourinsurancecompany,required.
• Abilitytotravellocallyoroutofstatewhennecessary.
• Mustbeabletoworkinpersonandtraveltojobsitesasneeded.

• Mustbeauthorizedtoworklawfullyinthe United Statesandabletosuccessfullycompleteabackgroundchecksubjecttoapplicablelaw .
