Our Service Drive Valet team is the first point of contact for customers, and we are looking for a friendly, professional, and outgoing individual to join our team as a Service Greeter.

As a Service Valet Greeter, you will be the face of our service department, welcoming customers, assisting with vehicle drop-off and pick-up, and ensuring a positive experience from the moment they arrive. This role is crucial to maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the efficiency of our service operations.

• Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner upon arrival.
• Assist with vehicle check-in and ensure all necessary documentation is collected.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and technicians to coordinate customer needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized service drive area.
• Provide general assistance to customers, answer questions, and address concerns promptly.
• Uphold the dealership’s standards of customer service at all times.

• Clean driving record and valid NC drivers license
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or automotive environment preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
