Community Engagement Associate

Responsibilities

• Act as the front‑line representative at community events, pop‑ups, and local activations
• Engage directly with community members, answer questions, and provide resources and information
• Build relationships with individuals and organizations to increase visibility and participation
• Support planning and execution of outreach events, workshops, and community initiatives
• Collect feedback and insights from the community to share with internal teams
• Work cross‑functionally with marketing, events, and customer success to align outreach efforts
• Represent the brand voice in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner
