Help get out the vote for a Democratic U.S. Senate campaign in Raleigh and communities throughout Wake County!

Campaign Industries, LLC is hiring paid canvassers for door-to-door voter contact throughout Raleigh, Cary, Garner, and other communities across Wake County leading up to the November 3 general election.

This is a temporary, part-time position running from August 25 through Election Day, November 3, 2026, with consistent Tuesday–Saturday hours and paid training.

Pay:
Starts at $23/hour and increases to $24/hour after successfully completing your first two weeks of employment.

Dates:
August 25–November 3, 2026 (Election Day)

Schedule:

Tuesdays–Saturdays, 12:00 PM–7:00 PMCanvassing Area:
Raleigh, Cary, Garner, and communities throughout Wake County Transportation: A personal vehicle is REQUIRED for this position.

Type: W-2 temporary position, paid hourly (NOT commission-based)
No experience required!

A standard workday is a 7-hour shift with a 30-minute paid break taken mid-shift.

IMPORTANT:
Mandatory paid training. All candidates must be available for the training and start date to be considered.

What You'll DoGo door-to-door talking with voters in assigned neighborhoods throughout Wake County Canvass in areas including Raleigh, Cary, Garner, and surrounding communities

Use a smartphone app to track voter contacts

Encourage Democratic voters to participate in the November election and support a Democratic U.S. Senate candidate

Follow campaign-provided scripts and voter-contact procedures

Drive to and between assigned canvassing locations

Work independently in assigned turf with regular supervisor check-insWalk several miles per shift outdoors in varying weather conditions

Must Have:

Legal authorization to work in the U.S.Your own reliable vehicle — a personal car is required for this position

Valid driver's license

Current vehicle registration and insurance

Smartphone with an active data plan Ability to reliably work Tuesdays–Saturdays from 12:00 PM–7:00 PM Availability beginning Tuesday, August 25

Ability and willingness to drive to assigned canvassing locations throughout Raleigh, Cary, Garner, and Wake County Ability to walk several miles per shift and work outdoors

Ability to communicate professionally and respectfully with voters from diverse backgrounds

Valued:

Prior political canvassing, organizing, door-to-door, sales, or voter-contact experience

Familiarity with Raleigh, Cary, Garner, and other Wake County communities

Spanish or other additional language skills

Interest in Democratic politics, elections, and voter participation

Driving:
Having your own vehicle is a condition of employment for this position. Canvassers will be assigned to neighborhoods throughout Wake County and must be able to drive to meet-up locations and assigned canvassing turf, including locations in and around Raleigh, Cary, and Garner.

Physical Requirements:

Walking several miles per shift, climbing stairs, standing for extended periods, and traveling door-to-door throughout assigned neighborhoods.

Weather:
This is an outdoor field position. Canvassers should be prepared to work in typical North Carolina late-summer and fall weather, including heat, humidity, cooler temperatures, wind, and occasional rain. Canvassing may be suspended when conditions are unsafe.
