** North Ridge Family and Cosmetic Dentistry## Part-time Hygienist needed at North Ridge Family & Cosmetic Dentistry on Mondays, 9:00am - 5:00pm , and Tuesdays, 7:00am - 3:00pm.## ## The Dental Hygienist plays a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care by providing preventive dental services, educating patients on oral health, and supporting the overall treatment plan established by the dentist.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to creating a positive patient experience.## ##

* Key Responsibilities:

*** ## Perform oral health assessments, including charting conditions of decay, disease, and other dental issues.* ## Conduct dental cleanings, scaling, and polishing to remove plaque, tartar, and stains.* ## Take, develop, and evaluate dental radiographs (X-rays).* ## Apply preventive materials such as fluoride and sealants.* ## Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, nutrition, and disease prevention.* ## Record and maintain accurate patient treatment information and medical histories.
* ## Assist the dentist during examinations and treatments as needed.* ## Ensure all instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and maintained according to infection control protocols.* ## Stay current on dental hygiene best practices and continuing education requirements.## ##
