Salary $100,000 - $155,000 per year

This Senior Project Architect Role will be responsible for leading this firm's Raleigh office.

Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criteria:

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience in leading teams and preparation of conceptual, schematic, design development and construction documents and materials.
• Proficiency in Revit, graphic design, and 3D modelling and visualization software.
• Well developed knowledge of and experience with building codes, specifications, building and engineering systems.
• Ability to develop, communicate and present design concepts to clients, multi-disciplinary teams, and management.
• Proven Leadership capabilities - we are looking for someone who can lead our new Raleigh office.
• Ability to do business development.
