DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES- Collaborate and contribute during all design phases
- Participate heavily in project documentation and consultant coordination
- Assist Project Managers and Project Architects with construction administration
- Proficiency in the following software is preferred:
- Revit
- MS Office Suite
- Sketchup
- Lumion
- Photoshop is valued
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in a construction industry environment
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution
- 0-5 years of experience
- Multifamily and office experience preferred, but not required
