Architect / Sr. Architect
An outstanding,
full-time opening has become available in the Raleigh, NC area for a local individual with 10+ years' experience as an Architectural Project Manager with a background in Government and Educational projects. This position would earn a generous base salary and a loaded benefits package including medical benefits, Life insurance, a 401K w/ matching, bonus potential, flexible spending account, PTO and other outstanding perks.
All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration:
- 10+ years of Architectural Project Management experience preferably with Local Government and Education
- Experience with interviews for new projects
, Design/Consultant Collaboration, Client management, Drawings Production, Scheduling, etc. - Knowledge of building codes related to the design and construction of K-12 Education, Higher Education, Local Government, as well as other sectors
- Experience with Revit, Bluebeam and Microsoft (word, excel, outlook) are a MUST
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited school is a MUST
- License to practice Architecture is a PLUS!
