What's the Job?- Design and develop engaging learning content for various training programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and training teams to identify learning needs and create effective instructional materials.
- Develop performance support tools, job aids, assessments, and activities tailored to learner needs.
- Conduct end-user testing and validation to ensure the relevance, quality, and accuracy of training materials.
- Utilize advanced eLearning tools such as Storyline or Captivate to produce high-quality digital content.
- 3-5 years of experience in Instructional Design and Development.
- Advanced skills in eLearning development using Storyline or Captivate.
- Excellent written communication and technical writing skills.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
- Basic program management skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
