We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Architect to lead design and documentation efforts across various phases of architectural projects.
Responsibilities- Lead architectural projects from concept through construction administration
- Develop and coordinate all phases of project documentation, including schematic design, design development, and construction documents
- Ensure design intent is maintained throughout project lifecycle
- Conduct code reviews, zoning analysis, and compliance assessments
- Represent the firm in client meetings and presentations
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing
- Participate in quality control and constructability reviews
- Coordinate with permitting authorities and respond to regulatory comments
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- 7–10 years of professional architectural experience
- Licensed Architect (preferred but not required)
- Proficiency in Revit is required
- Strong understanding of building systems, construction detailing, and documentation
