Wake Med Physician Practices is a multi-specialty group with over 450 physicians in a variety of specialty areas. We are currently seeking an experienced Medical Gastroenterologist.

You will be part of a high‑volume and high‑producing Gastroenterology practice, consisting of 8 Gastroenterologists and supported by 10 APPs, 4 Nurses and 8 Medical Assistants. Our physicians provide inpatient critical care at Wake Med as well as outpatient services and procedures. Locations in Raleigh, North Raleigh and Cary.

The Wake Med Physician is responsible for providing quality clinical care to patients cared for by their division. The Physician may be responsible for providing teaching and supervision to residents, medical students and/or APPs within their division. The Physician is responsible for appropriate coding and corporate compliance and may be responsible for some general administrative responsibilities of the practice. Physician reports directly to the Director of their assigned division and understands and supports the mission values, and management of Wake Med Physician Practices and Wake Med.
