Duke Health, Duke Cancer Institute, and the Department of Medicine’s Division of Medical Oncology are recruiting Clinician/Educators and Clinical Associates in various solid tumor programs across several settings.
Positions available at Duke University Medical Center, Durham, NC:- Clinician/Educator (80-90% clinical; 10-20% academic)
- Board Certification in Oncology required
- Faculty appointment at a regular rank (Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Professor), based on academic achievement and experience
- Disease focus:
Breast, Gastrointestinal (GI), Genitourinary (GU), Melanoma, or Thoracic Oncology - Clinical responsibilities include outpatient clinic, infusion services at Duke Cancer Center, and inpatient rounding on solid tumor service
- Academic responsibilities include clinical research and teaching fellows, residents, and medical students
- Clinician/Educator (90-100% clinical; 0-10% academic)
- Board Certification in Hematology and Oncology required
- Faculty appointment at Assistant Professor or Clinical Associate level
- Disease focus:
Disease concentration in Genitourinary (GU) Malignancies, with ability to consult on all solid tumors and hematology - Responsibilities include outpatient clinic, infusion services, inpatient consultation, and teaching
- Clinician/Educator (90-100% clinical; 0-10% academic)
- Board Certification in Hematology and Oncology required
- Faculty appointment at Assistant Professor or Clinical Associate level
- Disease focus:
All solid tumors, with concentration options in Breast or GU Malignancies - Responsibilities include outpatient clinic, infusion services, inpatient consultation, and teaching
