• Base Salary: $230,000 - $250,000 / year based on experience
• Bonuses:
  An additional $25,000 annually in quality bonuses (93% of providers achieve this bonus)

• Physicals, preventive care, management of chronic health conditions, sick visits
• Annual exams, immunizations, acute walk‑in care
• EMR System: EPIC
• Schedule:
  
  M‑F: 8 am‑5 pm
• Clinics staffed with family, internal, and pediatric physicians along with APP support staff.
• Each physician has elbow support with a dedicated medical assistant and RNs throughout the practice to assist.
• Open to physicians precepting/mentoring APPs if interested. That opportunity is compensated for.
• Average daily volume: 18 patients per day

• Board Certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician
• Eligible for a NC state medical license
• Open to H1B and J1 Visa Sponsorship
