Overview
The Community Division of Duke University Department of Radiology seeks applicants for a full-time Interventional Radiologist. The Community Division includes 15 faculty and primarily serves Raleigh, North Carolina, population 1.3 million. Duke Health is growing rapidly in the Raleigh market, one of the fastest growing large metro areas in the United States. The department is committed to supporting individual academic and clinical interests with no specific research expectations.
Responsibilities- Support Duke Raleigh Hospital, Duke Health outpatient primary and subspecialty practices, and the Duke Cancer Institute’s oncology practices in the Raleigh area.
- Perform a broad variety of interventions including interventional oncology, hepatobiliary, gastrointestinal, urinary, deep venous, and musculoskeletal interventions, among others.
- Occasional needs for general diagnostic radiology.
- A
-eligible or A
-certified. - Completed a Diagnostic Radiology residency and Interventional Radiology fellowship, or be in good standing in an Interventional Radiology training program.
- Eligible for medical licensure in the State of North Carolina.
