• Group currently has 1 location and 3 physicians on staff
• Our physicians enjoy an office and nursing care facility based practice, treating a broad range of clinical problems in the adult and geriatric populations.

• Full Time Family Medicine Physician
• Location:
  
  Raleigh, NC
• Adult Patient Population
• Schedule:
  
  Weekdays 8:30am to 4:30pm
• Call: 1:4. Phone only. Typically between 2-4 calls answering questions in a given week.
• Daily Volume: 15 patients per day
• Primary Care, Sick Visits, Medication Management, Etc.
• Clinic based care. Options to also cover SNF or Hospice care for additional compensation.

• Board Certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine
• Ability to hold a North Carolina State Medical License
