Brain Trainer & School Outreach Specialist

• Build valuable relationships with private schools, homeschool co-ops, and educational communities across Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill
• Earn additional compensation for marketing outreach activities (beyond your base training rate)
• Become a trusted resource for families seeking learning solutions in our local educational community
• Base pay: $19-$27/hour (Master Trainers earn top rate)
• Bonus compensation for school outreach and marketing activities
• Paid training at $15/hour while you certify
• Flexible scheduling that fits your life
• IBCCES certification paid by company (for 2+ year commitment)

Who Thrives in This Role

You're an ideal candidate if you:

• Have connections to or experience with private K-12 schools, homeschool networks, or educational co-ops in the Triangle area
• Enjoy both working directly with students AND networking with educators and families
• Are energized by building community relationships and sharing resources that help families
• Have a bachelor's degree and strong communication skills
• Learn quickly and bring a positive, coach-like attitude
• Are comfortable with both structured training sessions and flexible outreach activities

The Brain Training Component

Work one-on-one with students who struggle with:

• Learning and retaining new material
• Reading fluency and accuracy
• Focus, attention, and efficiency
• Memory and recall

You'll deliver our proven Learning Rx system through fun, challenging exercises that create measurable improvements in cognitive skills—making not just learning easier, but life easier.

The School Outreach Component

For trainers interested in expanding their impact, you'll have opportunities to:

• Connect with private school administrators, teachers, and counselors
• Present to homeschool groups and co-ops
• Build relationships within the Triangle's diverse educational community
• Share resources and information with families seeking learning solutions
• Represent Learning Rx at local educational events and networking opportunities

Your familiarity with Raleigh/Cary/Durham's educational landscape is valuable here! Knowledge of local private schools, homeschool communities, and family learning preferences will help you excel in the outreach component.

Schedule Requirements

• Minimum availability:
  Two weekdays between 3-8 PM
