• $120,000 annual compensation paid weekly, with health benefits starting day one, plus HSA/FSA and 401(k) Roth access

• Engaging students daily through direct mentorship and motivational coaching, with no traditional lecturing involved
• Leveraging adaptive educational technology and AI‑driven platforms to enable individualized learning progressions
• Facilitating small‑group sessions centered on leadership development, life competencies, and strategies for real‑world achievement
• Partnering with students to identify personal strengths and broaden their goals through customized development plans
• Providing actionable data, observations, and innovative recommendations to evolve Alpha’s educational framework

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Demonstrated record of high performance (e.g., top academic honors, D1/Olympic athletics, national competitions)
• At least 3 years’ experience working directly with K–8 students in a mentoring, coaching, or instructional capacity
• Strong communication and public speaking skills
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Willingness to work in‑person at Miami, FL;
  Santa Barbara, CA, or San Francisco, CA

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. Compensation is $60 USD/hour, equating to $120,000 USD/year (40 hrs/week, 50 weeks/year). Payment is weekly.
