Campus Services Manager, Alpha - $75,000/year USD

Join Crossover to manage campus services at Alpha, a K–12 private institution dedicated to transforming education through AI‑powered mastery learning.

Base pay: $37.50 /hr (equivalent to $75,000 USD/year). The role is full‑time (40 hrs/week) and requires an independent contractor agreement.

Location: In‑person campus presence required at one of the following locations:
Palm Beach, FL;
Miami, FL;
Piedmont, CA;
Santa Monica, CA;
Palo Alto, CA;
Roswell, GA; or Raleigh, NC.

• Conduct personalized, high‑conversion family tours that communicate Alpha’s three core commitments and build confidence in our educational model.
• Execute and manage proactive outreach strategies to advance prospective families through the enrollment pipeline.
• Implement stringent safety and safeguarding procedures to maintain a secure environment for students and families.
• Manage comprehensive facilities operations, including preventative maintenance, vendor management, and repair coordination.
• Review data consistently to optimize processes and enhance both operational performance and enrollment results.

• Work in a narrow, repetitive administrative function or isolated department.
• Operate under restrictive, hierarchical micromanagement that limits your autonomy.
• Encounter bureaucratic obstacles that impede substantive progress.
• Concentrate solely on documentation, removed from direct interaction with students and families.

Take full ownership of a seamless, high‑impact admissions process while sustaining a safe, operationally sound campus environment, enabling Alpha to expand and fulfill its commitments to families.

• Bachelor’s degree (field unspecified).
• 1+ years experience in school admissions or enrollment.
• Experience working with children/students.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High emotional intelligence, initiative, and self‑management.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Available to work in person at one of the specified locations.
