You’ll create adaptive workshop formats, interpret live student performance data, and partner with engineering teams to develop literacy technology that extends your influence to hundreds of learners.

This position merges direct student instruction with forward‑thinking program architecture, allowing you to transform individual reading trajectories while constructing a framework that scales foundational literacy instruction across multiple school sites.

• Facilitating adaptive reading workshops focused on building core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
• Creating individualized motivational strategies that engage students and foster enduring enthusiasm for reading
• Interpreting student achievement data to iteratively improve instructional methods and generate meaningful insights
• Partnering with technical staff to assess and refine AI‑powered literacy platforms

• Bachelor's degree with advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
• At least 2 years of experience delivering small‑group reading interventions to early elementary students
• Skilled at assessing reading levels, grouping students, and designing differentiated instruction without pre‑written curricula
• Proficient with AI/adaptive learning tools and responsive to student behaviors within them
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Willingness to work on‑site at one of our campuses:

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
