We are seeking a dedicated Infant and toddler one year old Lead Teacher to join our team at a Christian Preschool. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Toddlers or Two year olds. Must possess strong classroom management skills.

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote learning and development
• Provide individualized support to students with diverse learning needs
• Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student progress and well-being
• Utilize effective communication skills to interact with students, staff, and parents
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all students under your care
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior

• Two Years Previous experience working in an early childcare environment
• Proficiency in classroom management techniques
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with students, colleagues, and parents
• EDU 119 Completion Minimum Education Requirement for Assistant Teaching Staff
• AAS Degree or Batchelor's Degree with EDU 119 or equivalent Minimum Education Requirement for Lead Teaching Staff

Pay rate between $16 - $21 an hour based upon education and experience.
