We are seeking a gospel-centered and relational Pastor of Families and Discipleship to join our pastoral team. This individual willworkclosely with the other pastors to provide general pastoral care and spiritual oversight for the congregation. A primary focus of this role is to develop and implement a comprehensive discipleship strategy that nurtures spiritual growth across all ages and stages of life.

We are prayerfully seeking a bi-vocational pastor to lead our church family in worship, discipleship, and outreach. The pastor will serve as both shepherd and teacher—encouraging believers, equipping the church for ministry, and reaching the community with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Primary Responsibilities- Faithfully preach and teach the whole Word of God.
- Provide pastoral care through visitation, counseling, and prayer.
- Lead and nurture spiritual growth within the congregation.
- Engage actively in community outreach and local missions.
- Offer leadership and vision to help the church grow in faith and service.
- A clear calling to pastoral ministry and a heart for small-church ministry.
- Agreement with the beliefs and mission of the Southern Baptist Convention.
- Strong communication and relational skills.
- Experience in preaching, teaching, and pastoral care preferred
- Bi‑vocational flexibility and commitment to long‑term ministry encouraged.
