- Taking full ownership of parent relationships—from initial contact through sustained engagement—at a single campus.
- Leading persuasive information sessions and individual conversations that turn curious families into committed supporters.
- Acting as the main parent liaison—addressing concerns, strengthening trust, and ensuring every family feels supported and valued after enrollment.
- Establishing credibility and presence through consistent on‑site engagement, local partnerships, and intentional outreach efforts.
- Mobilizing parent advocates to drive referrals and broaden community influence.
- Depending on scripted sales approaches or transactional communication.
- Handing off relationship‑building responsibilities to campus staff or operating from the sidelines.
- Allowing organized parent committees to override or weaken Alpha’s educational philosophy.
- Working remotely or from behind a desk—this role requires deep involvement in the parent and community experience.
Lead enrollment growth and retention at your assigned campus by managing high‑trust parent relationships from initial inquiry through ongoing satisfaction and advocacy.
Basic Requirements- Currently reside within commuting distance of one of the campus locations, or are willing to relocate.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- 5+ years of experience working with families in educational outreach or enrollment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to earn trust and guide sophisticated decision‑making.
- Deep belief in Alpha’s accelerated, high‑expectation learning model.

Working with UsThis is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
