What You Will Be Doing- Facilitating one‑hour life skills sessions with K-2 learners, providing coaching and reinforcing reading concepts introduced by Reading Specialists
- Inspiring students to progress through adaptive learning applications and meet their weekly academic targets
- Guiding emotional regulation, resilience, and critical thinking through consistent routines and supportive engagement
- Monitoring individual student development and requirements, identifying concerns proactively, and modifying approaches with team input
- Building a classroom environment that balances structure, engagement, and individual connection
- Availability to work full‑time on‑site at our Miami, FL or San Francisco, CA campus
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in any discipline
- 3+ years working directly with children aged 4–8 in educational settings, after‑school programs, coaching roles, or comparable contexts
- Strong storytelling ability and dynamic presentation skills: capable of capturing and maintaining young children's attention in group settings
- Capacity to maintain elevated expectations for both yourself and students, while motivating children toward goal achievement
- Growth‑oriented mindset with receptiveness to coaching
- Current legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship

Working with UsThis is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
