Position Overview

. This full‑time, on‑site role in Wilson, NC focuses on enabling project success through expert project controls.

• Perform Project Controls Services including capital planning, portfolio and project governance, front‑end planning, project funding, project set‑up, construction technology, procure‑to‑pay, cost & commercial management, schedule control, risk management, and project close‑out.
• Participate in the delivery of portfolios, programs, and projects.
• Support client capital plan development by providing cash‑flow and accrual information.
• Facilitate the funding process by consolidating information from various sources into a holistic funding request document.
• Work closely with clients to set up project systems and coding and communicate requirements to collaborators.
• Enable effective governance by providing relevant fact‑based reports.
• Assist in smooth operation of construction technology, ensuring efficient information flow.
• Develop project sourcing strategies and set up the procure‑to‑pay structure.
• Forecast and influence project outcomes predictively.
• Review and analyze schedule development and progression to proactively influence outcomes.
• Identify, quantify, and partner to develop risk mitigation plans.
• Ensure effective project closure, including completion of all financial activities.
• Other duties as assigned and attend work during normal business hours.

• Technical competence in project controls services such as project set‑up, construction technology, procure‑to‑pay, cost & commercial management, schedule control, risk management, and close‑out.

• Interpret documents such as Architecture, Civil, Structural, MEP, Geotech, Site Logistics, and Schedules.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Perform work in accordance with instructions and guidelines.
• Highly proficient in Excel.
• Use effective written and oral communication skills.

Education:

BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field.

Experience:

10+ years post‑degree in a related field, with pharmaceutical, biotech, semiconductor, or contract manufacturing backgrounds highly desirable.
