, we’re looking for a Mechanical Engineer – NPI Transformers to help shape the next generation of high-voltage transformer components. Based in our North America Regional Technology Center
, this role is a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting‑edge product development while collaborating with global teams and supporting our Alamo, TN manufacturing site.

• Lead the design and development of high-voltage transformer components.
• Create and validate 3D models, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Conduct feasibility studies and performance simulations for new products.
• Coordinate prototyping and testing to verify new technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, production, and sales.
• Share R&D insights with global teams and support standardization efforts.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, standards, and customer needs.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Master’s/PhD preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in product development or mechanical design.
• Proficient in CAD tools (Creo preferred); experience with simulation tools is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
• Permanent work authorization in the U.S.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to Alamo, TN if not local.
