** How You’ll Make an Impact
*** Design and implement advanced protection and control schemes for power systems.
* Develop engineering documentation and specifications for substation automation projects.
* Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to meet scope and deadlines.
* Provide technical guidance and resolve design challenges during project execution.
* Engage with customers to optimize system performance and ensure satisfaction.
* Support proposal development with technical input and cost recommendations.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives for engineering processes and standards.
* Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

** Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
**** Your Background
*** Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
* 12–16 years of experience in protection and control engineering.
* Strong knowledge of substation automation and grid protection systems.
* Proficiency with industry standards and vendor technologies.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
