Controls Technician - Charlotte, NC or Raleigh, NC - Large HVAC Mechanical & Controls Company
POSITION: Controls Technician
LOCATION: Charlotte, NC or Raleigh, NC
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Prior Experience as a Controls Technician or similar position
- Well versed in troubleshooting controls BAS systems
- Fundamental understanding installing and testing building automation systems
- Strong understanding of commissioning protocols and point to point check outs
- Work closely with controls installations and start up/termination of equipment and programs
- Troubleshoot current installed BAS programs
- Communicate efficiently with building owners as well as end users
- Knowledge of controls programming and graphics is nice to have
- Founded over 15 years ago
- Clients include Pharmaceutical/Biotech, Commercial, Temperature and Humidity monitoring, Energy Solutions, Office Space, and Processing plants
- Mix of New Construction and Retrofit
