Position Summary:

An experienced Automation Project Engineer is needed to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of automation projects. The role requires managing resources, mitigating risks, and ensuring timely, high-quality project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and manage automation projects, oversee planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate internal teams and external contractors, fostering collaboration and communication.
• Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and deliverables to achieve project goals within established timelines.
• Implement and manage data-driven processes for informed decision-making and operational excellence.
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and manage change effectively.

Job qualification guidelines:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in automation project execution and management, with a focus on a wide range of automation products and software.
• PMP Certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and best practices is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
