Are you a self‑motivated Engineer looking to make a significant impact on our projects? As a Construction Engineer, you will draft and analyze temporary works designs to ensure constructability with contract documents, specifications and regulatory requirements.

• Provide constructability and technical design input on temporary works construction designs to ensure compliance with contract specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Design and draft construction methods for temporary works (falsework, shoring, temporary bridges, formwork, slopes, etc.), ensuring completeness and accuracy with regulatory standards and within the contract specifications.
• Review personal and peer design elements to optimize project constructability, cost effectiveness and material quantities.
• Conduct forensic analysis for post‑construction items to support claims mitigation and dispute resolutions.
• Submit design for peer review or approval review in an accurate and timely manner to avoid construction delays on the project site. Seal personal and team designs following approval review.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Structural or related Engineering field required.
• Professional Engineering License (PE/PENG) required.
• Internal Training Crane level I, II and III preferred.
• Proven knowledge of AutoCAD, RISA suite, LARSA and MathCAD required.
• Proven knowledge of temporary works construction practices and constructability innovation techniques.
• Proven success with creative, innovative and optimization strategies for construction challenges.
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills. Proven interpersonal skills used to defend, clarify and explain construction strategies and designs.
• Clear, concise and efficient technical writing skills used in calculation packages.
• Able to self‑prioritize and track individual work with limited oversight.
• Able and driven to mentor developing engineering team. Able to set clear expectations and support team to reach Company and departmental goals.
