The Assistant Project Manager position will be responsible for supporting the US Project Management Team driving Integrated Decarbonization Complex Projects. Key support functions include assisting in customer interfaces, scheduling alignment, cross‑functional communication and execution coordination of turnkey EPC electrical infrastructure.

• Supporting Global Integrated Decarbonization efforts.
• Serve as support interface to Project Management: complete projects on or according to schedule, strategically align to control job costs, achieve a high level of customer satisfaction through collaboration with the Senior Project Manager, and track/log/process change orders to increase job profitability.
• Initiation of Purchase Orders to vendors (Submit, log, track, update).
• Assist in execution coordination of projects from order handover to transition to warranty.
• Building and maintaining internal relationships with SEI Engineering, Project Controls, Procurement & Site Management colleagues.
• Key support function to Complex Projects in assisting day‑to‑day operations.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 5+ years of industry experience.
• Clear and transparent communication.
• Proactive approach to project support with high levels of organization and status reporting.
• Positive attitude and strategic approach.
