Senior BIM Specialist

Full‑time Senior BIM Specialist. Responsible for developing high‑quality Revit-based structural BIM models and drawing sets, supporting project teams with accurate, coordinated BIM production, and collaborating with structural engineers to ensure successful outcomes. Daily tasks include Revit modeling of structural systems, preparing structural drawing packages, coordinating BIM models with structural designs, and working with project design and construction teams. • Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit for structural modeling and drawing production
• Familiarity with complementary industry BIM tools such as Navisworks, Rhino, Autodesk ReCap, and/or 3D scanning workflows
• Experience with structural engineering drafting standards
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an in‑office environment with optional hybrid flexibility
• Experience developing and implementing BIM standards is beneficial
