I’m currently working with a well-established engineering firm in North Carolina that is seeking a Geotechnical Engineer, PE who is ready to take on a new challenge and progress into a more senior‑level role.

This position offers the opportunity to work on complex geotechnical design and analysis across a diverse range of projects while managing work from inception through completion.

• Project management from proposal stage through final delivery
• Coordination of site investigations and field activities
• Classification and interpretation of laboratory and field data
• Preparation of geotechnical engineering reports
• Design and analysis of
• Shallow and deep foundations
• Bearing capacity and settlement
• Earth retaining systems and anchors
• Slopes and earthworks

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Geological, or Mining Engineering, or Geology
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• 5+ years of experience in geotechnical engineering
• Strong technical writing and reporting experience
• Proven ability to design and analyze foundation systems and slopes
• Master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering or Geology is a plus
