Overview
Join to apply for the Mid-Level Transportation Engineer role at AMT Engineering
. The position is based in Raleigh, NC with potential involvement at other AMT office locations as needed.
- Contribute to roadway design and plan development for transportation projects.
- Produce plans and quantities for NCDOT projects.
- Assist with corridor modeling and related aspects (TMP, drainage, PMP, signing) as applicable.
- Minimum of 6+ years of roadway design experience with emphasis on corridor modeling.
- Experience with NCDOT plan production and quantity calculations.
- Broad experience with TMP, drainage, PMP, and signing is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Micro Station/GEOPAK with corridor modeling;
Open Roads Designer (ORD) preferred.
