Join the Water Resources team and lead water/wastewater projects, providing sound technical solutions for a growing client base. Responsibilities include work on water/wastewater plant projects, water and sewer pipelines, pump stations, and storage tanks, and mentoring upcoming engineers.

Alexandria, Lynchburg, Richmond, VA;

• Serve as the technical lead on water/wastewater projects from concept through construction.
• Act as lead engineer for project teams, contributing to professional development within the team.
• Help strengthen client relationships through practical, high‑quality solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an ABET‑accredited program and a PE license.
• Experience planning and designing water/wastewater plants and conveyance systems, including water and sewer lines, pump stations, and storage tanks.
• Proven record of technical excellence and project delivery.
• Experience mentoring engineers and familiarity with hydraulic modeling software (e.g., Bentley Water
  
  CAD/GEMs) are a plus.
• Occasional travel and eligibility to work in the U.S. are required.
