Implementation Engineer

Seeking a Solutions Engineer for a customer-facing role that combines technical and interpersonal skills.

This role involves working with teams to perform process analysis, identify customer needs, implement solutions, configure applications, and develop where necessary.

• Work with customers and partners to understand business requirements and pain points.
• Participate in the solution-design process to ensure the deliverable meets customer needs.
• Implement production optimization solutions, including application configuration.
• Provide technical support during implementation phases.
• Offer technical training to customer staff.
• Provide on-site support during testing and go-live phases to ensure successful deployment.
• Assist customers in fine-tuning application functionality and optimization to meet business objectives.

• 2 – 4 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Strong desire to work in both design and hands-on implementation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and decision-making ability.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Willingness to travel.

• Experience in a production environment (engineering, production management).
• Use of enterprise business applications (e.g., CRM, ERP).
• Familiarity with cloud solutions like AWS.
• Experience with network infrastructure design or troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Windows IIS configuration and troubleshooting (Windows 2008 and newer).
• Basic understanding of , C#, and/or Java.
• Familiarity with SQL databases.
