You’ll work in both office and field environments, developing robust processes, managing on-site execution, and guiding high-performing teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. How You’ll Make an Impact
- Develop and maintain construction and commissioning processes, tools, and documentation.
- Prepare execution packages, including commissioning plans and documentation sets.
- Act as the customer interface for construction and commissioning matters.
- Coordinate and supervise on-site activities to ensure safety and quality compliance.
- Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and report daily site activities.
- Resolve technical challenges and collaborate on complex problem-solving.
- Manage resource allocation, cost control, and team development.
- Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and project delivery.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
Your Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in construction and commissioning leadership roles.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong knowledge of safety standards, technical processes, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel across North America as required.
