The Building Envelope Consultant will be responsible for the investigation, evaluation, design, and performance assessment of exterior building envelope systems — including roofing, waterproofing, curtain walls, cladding, and glazing systems.
Responsibilities- Investigate, evaluate, design, and assess the performance of exterior building envelope systems.
- Work with roofing, waterproofing, curtain walls, cladding, and glazing systems.
- Background in architecture, civil, or structural engineering.
- Strong understanding of building science principles, moisture control, and materials performance.
