You will own detailed design of 800 VDC blocks, 1500 VDC scalability, and lab validation, reporting to the Director – High Power Solutions – R&D. You will develop conversion stages using SiC/GaN, design switch gear, perform fault and insulation analyses, and prepare schematics, BOMs, and test plans for UL/CSA/ETL
