Take ownership of project scope, schedules and budgets

Coordinate mechanical, electrical and plumbing design teams

Lead projects from design through construction and closeout

Manage project deliverables and client expectations

Identify project risks and resolve issues throughout delivery

Coordinate with clients, contractors and consultants

Maintain quality across multiple projects

Support proposals and new business opportunities

Help develop project teams as the Raleigh office grows

What we're looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline

5+ years of engineering or project management experience

Strong understanding of MEP systems and project delivery

Experience managing complex multidisciplinary projects

Mission critical or data center experience is preferred

Industrial or similarly complex project experience will also be considered

Experience leading teams and managing client relationships

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines

PMP or PE certification would be an advantage

More reasons to apply:

Join a brand new Raleigh office at the beginning of its growth

Take immediate ownership of projects and client relationships
