Source Pro Search, LLC is seeking a Senior Estimator for heavy civil highway and bridge projects in the Raleigh area. You will own estimates from takeoff to bid day on NCDOT work, leading bids and mentoring junior estimators.
Candidates should have 7+ years of heavy civil estimating with DOT bid experience, strong takeoff and pricing skills, and the ability to develop bid strategies with leadership. Relocation to Raleigh or local Triangle area is preferred.
