We serve fleet management, leasing, vehicle fabrication, components, powertrain distribution, insurance, and retail automotive sales across the United States.

• Serve as a liaison between the Service Department technicians and the parts department to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Meet and greet customers with courtesy and efficiency.
• Prove an outstanding guest experience.
• Determine course of action and obtain customer authorization.
• Write up service needs and provide accurate estimates for dollar amount and completion time.
• Communicate effectively with customers to achieve satisfactory repairs and sales of necessary service or maintenance.
• Have knowledge of warranty and service/insurance policies.
• Keep customers informed and advise them on the prognosis of their vehicle.
• Call customers to set appointments and answer telephone calls promptly.
• Attend and complete required training and department meetings.

• High School Diploma and one year of related sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current valid driver’s license.
• Good reading, writing and math skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work retail hours.
• Computer proficient.
