Fulfillment Specialist

As a Fulfillment Specialist at Spring & Mulberry, you will play an important role in our high-growth startup – fulfilling orders, managing inventory, organizing and preparing supplies.

We have openings for full and part-time in person positions in Raleigh, NC, with flexible hours ranging from 8am – 6pm Monday through Friday. Starting at $16.00 per hour.

• Make boxes and stock supplies.
• Process and fulfill orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with inventory management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
• Work as a team to complete shipments before carrier pick-ups.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Resourceful with the ability to identify and solve complex problems and ask for help when needed.
• Dependable team player with the desire to learn and excel.
• Positive attitude, ready and excited to conquer any task.

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience with warehouse equipment (pallet jack, box cutters, tape machines).
• Working knowledge of computers and the ability to learn new programs.
• Physically able to lift materials weighing up to 20 pounds frequently and up to 35 pounds occasionally.
• The ability to stand most of the day, bend, reach and climb a ladder.
