Hybrid Loan Processor- Private Lending

Position: Loan Processor I – Private Lending
Location: Hybrid – Raleigh, NC (Tues–Thurs in-office; Mon/Fri remote)
Schedule: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST
Compensation: $50,000–$60,000 annually (based on experience)

Our client, a rapidly growing private lending company
, is seeking a Loan Processor I to join their expanding Operations team in Raleigh, NC. This position plays a key role in ensuring loan accuracy, borrower satisfaction, and readiness for settlement.

• Review loan files and systems for accuracy and data integrity
• Communicate with borrowers to collect and verify required documentation
• Review and interpret documents including purchase contracts, insurance, and operating agreements
• Track receipt of third-party reports (title, appraisal, insurance) to ensure closing readiness
• Verify all conditions and underwriting requirements are satisfied prior to closing
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams and borrowers
• Ensure all documentation is compliant and complete for hand-off to Closing

• Minimum 2 years of mortgage processing or lending experience (private lending preferred)
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and loan origination systems
• Must be local to Raleigh, NC – hybrid schedule required
• Positive, professional attitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
