We’re looking for a Registered Client Associate to join our Private Wealth Management team who has a strong professional presence that can confidently represent the team, build trusted relationships, and collaborate effectively within a large team.

• Act as a relationship manager to top‑tier clients, ensuring a high‑touch, personalized experience and anticipating client needs.
• Coordinate and collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless client service and operational efficiency.
• Oversee client meeting calendars, including scheduling, confirmations, and follow‑ups.
• Manage all aspects of client onboarding, account maintenance, and service requests with precision and confidentiality.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client records.

• Active FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses required.
• Ideally 5 years of experience in a client service or operations role within wealth management or financial services.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Contact Management platforms.
• High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive client information.
